We have exlusive rights with the premier luxury home builder in the Southeast and are able to attain generous amounts of equity in which we pass onto our investors. Investors are completely satisfied with the product due to the high attention to detail in addtion to the amount of equity they are receiving, and we are excited to broker the deal.

Finally our last avenue of the real estate arena is that we are licensed loan officer's and write loans for about 90% of our wholesaled investment and owner occupant properties.
