Bolt Investments, Inc is a real estate investment firm located in Charlotte, NC. Our company has realized much success in the real estate market locally and throughout other markets within the southeastern part of the United States. We recognize and take advantage of specific niche strategies allowing us to still continue to do business and profit from it.

Our first and primary task is to locate distressed homeowners and help them out of the foreclosure process as well as locate REO properties. We will rehabilitate these properties and move them onto another investor at a steep discount, sell to a retail owner occupant buyer or hold onto the property for the long term. In addition to rehabilitating homes for profit, we have also opened up a property management division in which we oversee the various and complicated tasks that many investment home owners do not wish to engage in.

Another sector we have been fortunate enough to engage in is the building and development of luxury homes all across the Charlotte area. We have exlusive rights with the premier luxury home builder in the Southeast and are able to attain generous amounts of equity in which we pass onto our investors. Investors are completely satisfied with the product due to the high attention to detail in addtion to the amount of equity they are receiving, and we are excited to broker the deal.

Finally our last avenue of the real estate arena is that we are licensed loan officer's and write loans for about 90% of our wholesaled investment and owner occupant properties.

We are affiliated with a top notch Hard Money Lender and currently possess strong programs that, by our due diligence can find no other hard money lender or even conventional lender to match. It is never been lived in new construction 5b/4.5ba 5200 sq ft. on 1/2 acre in a new golf club development. this property just appraised at 825K two months ago. I am an out of town investor so I will need to wholesale this. it is being offered at about 70% of ARV. Well Jonathan, you don't need to hear it from me, but sounds like you've got the RE arena covered!  Thanks for the warm welcome -- quite a gathering of like minded people here!

You know - there are direct flights to the "beach airport" (LIR) here in Costa Rica from Charlotte .... saves a 5 hour nasty drive from the capital (SJO).  Ever been to the Rich Coast?
