I've been doing real estate for a year now and I love it. I do wholesales, rehabs, short sales, lead generation companies, liquidating multi family complexes, bulk acquisitions, and so on. I know of a company that does short sales for 10$ a piece. You basically pay 500$ dollars for 50 short sales or one year and the company does all of the paperwork. You dont lose your lead for the shortsale, you can actually go on their website and check the status of your lead at anytime. Even if the deal falls through you get compensated. Its a pretty sweet deal. I also know of another company that sells entire county foreclosure leads. Basically you buy a county (price depends on population) and every lead that comes through the website in your county is sent directyly to you. Plus they give you marketing material, we buy house signs, branding, etc.....

Enjoy the days - make of them what is allowed, play as hard as you work, don't forget to DO WHAT YOU WANT TO before it's too late even if you could later do it. Old folks who have money and no memories are pretty boring company, so that should NEVER be a goal. Who I am doesn't matter - it's who we BECOME that might one day improve the world, if only by a fraction.
