I've been at this game for over 20 years and it takes more than books and tapes to jump into it. The people selling this junk are low brow yahoos who combine a level of stupidity difficult to find outside of a junk yard. You make your money when you buy, buying right. Then there's management, managing tenants is an art in it self if you don't know what you let in the door you'll find out real quick that you have a professional tenant then comes the school of hard knocks and what they don't teach you in all those books and tapes.
