Leon,

My name is Daniel and I live in Pensacola, FL.  I'm always interested in speaking with fellow floridians.  It looks like were on opposite ends of the state however I find there are no geographical limits to making partnerships.   What are you currently working on?  Whats your favorite type of investment? Whats the most you've made on one deal?

Im currently looking for multi-family complexes that want to get liquid fast, commercial strip malls with a good positive cash flow after ALL expenses, all pre-foreclosures with extreme equity, joint venture partners on master developments, land with timber rights (cutting within next two years of purchase),  etc......Let me know if you have something or if you just know a guy who knows a guy.

I like to get involved with everything I can.  People are sobbing all over the country now about how hard it is right now.  I don't see it that way and if you don't either then we should throw ideas at each other and see what happens.
