My Business Partner and I are looking for investor/buyers ( both Rehab investors as Well as Landlord/ Buy and hold Investors), RE agents, and eventually RE Attorneys and RE CPA's.
Right now we are wholesalers and we need to increase our list of buyers, since the buyers we have now are too busy with the properties we have already sold them.
Other Interests
Interests...besides Real Estate? ummmmm...well when I make my first million...I'll develope other interests.....like sleeping...oh and vacations...ya that would be nice!
Actually I went to college for writing, so say besides RE I love writing.
About Me
I am on here, but I represent myself and my business partner, so when I say "we" don't think I have voices in my head. Well I do, one sounds Like Preston and the other one Sounds like Tim Mai, Do you know how confusing that is?
Anyway we are up and coming Wholesalers, We know what we are doing, but at the same time are still learning. Only completed a few wholesale deals, as of last summer, but I bought and eventually sold 7 properties down in Southern Oregon, so I am not new to Real Estate, just newer to wholesaling. But we are back in it with the market urging us to get in, get 'em cheap, and sell them to Investors who know now is the bargin time to buy them. We are doing the Probate and Pre-Foreclosure market (No short-sales...at least not yet) in and around King County....mostly on the eastside but not limiting ourselves to one area of King County.
I also work in the personal and business development industry, where I have access to some of the greatest minds in the field such as Brian Tracey, Bill Bartman, Dolf DeRoos, T.Harv Eker,and hundreds more. I am learning an immense amount from them and training myself to look at myself, customers, clients, and business partners in a whole new way. You can learn from them as well and create a better business and greater relationships with the people you work with and for, increase your sales, and increase your income.
