Looking For

My Business Partner and I are looking for investor/buyers ( both Rehab investors as Well as Landlord/ Buy and hold Investors), RE agents, and eventually RE Attorneys and RE CPA's.

Right now we are wholesalers and we need to increase our list of buyers, since the buyers we have now are too busy with the properties we have already sold them.

Interests...besides Real Estate? ummmmm...well when I make my first million...I'll develope other interests.....like sleeping...oh and vacations...ya that would be nice!

Actually I went to college for writing, so say besides RE I love writing.

About Me

I am on here, but I represent myself and my business partner, so when I say "we" don't think I have voices in my head. Well I do, one sounds Like Preston and the other one Sounds like Tim Mai, Do you know how confusing that is?

Anyway we are up and coming Wholesalers, We know what we are doing, but at the same time are still learning. Only completed a few wholesale deals, as of last summer, but I bought and eventually sold 7 properties down in Southern Oregon, so I am not new to Real Estate, just newer to wholesaling. But we are back in it with the market urging us to get in, get 'em cheap, and sell them to Investors who know now is the bargin time to buy them. We are doing the Probate and Pre-Foreclosure market (No short-sales...at least not yet) in and around King County....mostly on the eastside but not limiting ourselves to one area of King County.

I also work in the personal and business development industry, where I have access to some of the greatest minds in the field such as Brian Tracey, Bill Bartman, Dolf DeRoos, T.Harv Eker,and hundreds more. I am learning an immense amount from them and training myself to look at myself, customers, clients, and business partners in a whole new way. You can learn from them as well and create a better business and greater relationships with the people you work with and for, increase your sales, and increase your income.

Sorry for the delay but here it is. Below the link will be the instructions. It is not complicated, however it must be done right the 1st time. Don't fret over it just take a 2nd look or so to make sure you do the right things and enter in your correct information so you will get paid. Within the instructions I have put in notes of interest to make sure you get it right and get paid. Spread the word and get paid!

1) Chose " Join Free"

2) Chose " Do Both Make More Money"

3) Enter in your email and chose a password, enter password twice. make sure it is something you remember. Make sure it is an email you use alot as this where everything will be sent.

4) Fill in in all your personal info.This what you have to get right in order to get paid. The security question must be something you can remember as well, as it cannot be changed. Make sure all the options are filled out and that you hace everything done. Once you push submit, there is no going back.

5) That is it. You will get conformation email...KEEP THIS EMAIL IT IS VERY IMPORTANT! When you get the email click on the Hyperlink, login with email, password, and security question.

6) Download the toolbar. Once downloaded it will always be at the top under whatever toolbar you already have. Ther "ER" button is very important. Everytime you turn your computer, login, then go to whatever sites you normally go to. To get paid you must click the the "ER" button, when you do a box will show up on the left side, click on the adds. Look at them, click as many as you can, stay on it for more than 5 seconds and you will get paid. Make sure you let everyone you send this to know that they must do the same. It is a learning component, which means as time goes by it learns what you actually like and are interested in. At first it will be very random, but as time goes by it will learn more about you. You don't have to buy anything to get paid, just click and look at it, and eventually as it learns you might actually see an add for stuff you actually want to buy. Refresh the adds by clicking the "ER" button twice and then look at more adds. 30 adds a day (this takes about 5 minutes..not a huge amount of time) and you will get paid.

The toolbar comes with an email and lots of new stuff and more stuff will be added in the next 30 days.

This may seem like a lot, but once you check it out you will realize that what I explained is overstating the somewhat obvious. I just wanted to break it all down for you.

Lastly...the link at the top. On the actual site for "get the bar" there is a thing on the right that says "Tell Friends". Click on it and it will give you a link to send to your friends. Replace the one I gave you with your link and send it out.
