We have a very very large (100's) of brand new homes and condo conversions all at 20-30% off the appraised value. Some come it with slightly higher percentages off but 90% in the 20-30% range. We need to get these sold and are looking for investors. Please contact me if interested. No Brokers will get paid by us. You must set something up with your investor to get paid.
