Real Estate Investor Home

I am a 37 year old female real estate investor. I grew up mid-western Illinois. I attended Western Illinois University where I achieved my bachelors degree in Education. In 2000, I moved to Chicago and started working as a mortgage broker. In 2006, I acquired my first investment property. Still have it and still rent it out. I am a beginner real estate investor with a mortgage broker license and a pretty good back ground in real estate with a lot to learn on the investment side of things. I am a new entrepreneur and want to be a huge success as an investor professional.

There is no home left unlooked at and no sale left without a bid. I am currently doing some direct mail advertising as well as working with banks and realtors acquiring Bank Owned properties. I am looking to wholesale to rehab experts as well as acquire pretty homes to sell to investors that want to hold on to properties.
