I love the excitement of the deal and I am not afraid to take risks.

I love helping others and believe in giving back.

I am a single Mom with 2 grown daughters, 3 grandchildren and have had a gambit of foster children along the way that resurface every now and again. The last one left last Sept 07 at age 19.

Via the Coast Guard Aux, I served in New Orleans in the aftermath of Katrina and I stay involved in numerous community and charitable entities.

I am an avid sailor, jetskier, snow skier and sports enthusiast that loves adventure.

I currently own 100% of a franchise real estate office. I am retructuring the LLC and bringing on other owners to recapitalize and  free up my life for family and friends and be able to devote more time to what I love to do which is investments.

My daughters and I are the TriEngle Team. We have a transaction Coordinator, buyers agents and rehab crew.  We are able to provide our clients unparalelled service and the best tools the industry has to offer.

Our nitche is working with investors and finding great deals as well as bird dogging.

My income is 100% from real estate and my investment success so I have to stay on top of the game. My current assets are limited due to a personal, business partnership that ended really bad. The upside is this is taking my motivation to develop and find new opportunities to an all time high.  Having been here and done this before I welcome the challenge of rebuilding especially having so many great tools and resources via sites like this.

The TriEngle Team is available to work with investors who are serious about what they do and looking for opportunites along the Jersey Shore, east of the parkway in Ocean, Monmouth and Atlantic Counties.

We also look for buyers for our lease option programs and proide one-one service to those looking to find a conventional dream home, second home or retirement home. We work with other realtors from all over the country and have negotiable referral fees.
