About Me
I am 22, and from Florida. I have two boys, a 2mth old and a 2 year old. I am engaged, my fiance has two daughters, a 3 year old and a 5 year old, which I have cared for since the 3 year old was 2 mths.I am considered a cash flow speacialist. I connect people who have notes to sell, with investors who purchase those types. I look to become an investor myself when my business picks up.
My Business
I am a Cash Flow Specialist, or as some might know it, a note finder. I have been in business for a little over a year now. I help numerous Investors out, by locating individual seelers of many different types of promissary notes, and connecting them for a deal to go down. I currently work with two companies that put together portfolios of non-performing, performing, and REOs, however an investor would like it put together. The product is labled unlimited. I am an independent specialist, and I am also a partner to another finder in a company called Seidl Studios. Through our company, their are even more opportunitys for us to find notes for Investors.
