Hello,
My name is Jon Benjamin age 19 and just started REI. The best thing for me about it is. Just the experience that I'm not working 9-5 like my friends are. I just started out and am having trouble. I can't seem to get my first deal started hopefully with people on this site you guys can help! I want to make 100,000 this summer to keep for myself I've tried working with other investors but they seem to be screwing me over. I really want to make money at this if you can buy homes from me that'd be great I try to find property that has 100k or more in equity and wholesale it for 15k-20k. It needs everything: roof, landscaping, garage door, flooring, kitchen and baths revamped, etc. Good bones though.
It's in a good working class neighborhood, not ghetto, not upscale either. Would be a good rental yielding between $1350 and $1700/mo.
Comps are strong, here are some recent solds within 1/4 mile:
