This property is amazing The appraisal came in
@ 3.5 million Which I suggested because it was 3.8MIL. Asking 2,550,000
million there's also approx. a million in antique
artifacts that can be sold or auctioned off without
hurting the appraisal value. I don't see any problems with
some sort of an allowance ($500k) for some updates and or new
decor. It has a total of 14 rooms 4/3.5 blt in 1974 its approx. 12,000 sqft. with a 5000 sqft second garage on 3.5 acres.
