I'm 27yrs old, and currently working as a building designer/drafter for one of the real estate owners in the New Orleans region.
I'm currently saving up to start my business.

My soon to be business will be named "Hotard Habitats, LLC" I plan to raise capital by wholesaling for a while. Once I have enought, I'll start buying real-estate to rehhab and sell, rent, and lease to own.
