My name is Andy Rumple and I have been a landlord for 5 years. I quit my day job about a year ago and have not looked back. I operate 24 rental units all of which are currently rented.
I have wholesaled houses in Indy for awhile and have taught others also. My first 3 students have done 14 deals between them using what I have taught them.
Update- I've been wholesaling houses for about a year and a half. I have over 50 successful transactions under my belt. I am now looking to expand my passive income by increasing my holdings and perhaps investing in my first apartment complex. Any help in this area would be appreciated.
I can't wait to meet likeminded people who will help each other achieve our goals! Something big awaits us.......... let's go get it!
