Hello! My name is Sara. I've been studying real estate investing since 2007 and in January of 2009 I started actively investing! I am currently still employed very part time at a restaurant here in Portland but my goal is to be completely unemployable by the time I turn 25 (in a couple months). I lived in Lake Oswego and Beaverton at various times. Are you doing any investing in OR or is it all out of state? Are you mostly wholesaling or do you hold onto some of your deals?
