About Me
I started investing in 1986 when I was a single Mom and needed a way to get a second income without having a second job. I didn't have any money so I borrowed 20k from my sister and bought a fixer house on a an acre just outside the city limits of Boulder, Colorado. I found out that if I annexed into the city I could subdivide that land and sell it. I did just that and fixed the house, lived in it for 5 years, paid back my sister with interest, and started my real estate career. The rest is history
What I do now
I have since bought and sold many types of real estate including, SFR, multifamily, vacation rentals( Hawaii) and International properties (Panama, Mexico, I like to travel to warm places) I have formed small private offerings and been successful with that. I have my RE license and Mortgage license, both my own businesses. Now learning how to raise large funds for some private lending ventures...

Thanks for accepting to be on my contact list, thats great! I am always interested in a good deal, so pls forward any that you think is a diamond in the rough (vacant/reo's ect). A good prospect would be any regular blue collar, first time home owner type of homes. Or, as Carlton Sheets called them, "bread and butter" type of houses.
