I'm a single mother of two teenagers.  Got the real estate bug about 4 years ago and began buying properties as investments.  Am also a certified Project Manager in the software development industry - training that has come in very handy in my real estate work because I know how to plan and organize, and get things done.  And in my all-to-rare spare time I like to garden and travel!

I purchase properties across the country at rock-bottom prices and wholesale them to real estate investors.  So, why would an investor want to have me do that for them, when they could do it themselves?  Because finding good deals takes a lot of time!  Your time is valuable, so instead of spending it plowing through Craigslist and calling resistant FSBO owners, why don't you just tell me what you're looking for, in what area of the country, and I'll use my vast network to find it for you! Or, keep making your FSBO calls, but use my resources as well.
