I am from Los Angeles, California and I just started getting into real estate. I have always had a love for real estate and now I want to start investing in it. I haven't started wholesaling yet, but I am eager to start my business right away which is one of the reasons why I joined this site.

I am a beginner at wholesaling and new to this business. I work in LA county only and I'm looking for investors that I can assign my future properties to. I usually look for properties that are fixer uppers, so rehabbers can make at least $20K on each property.
In the future, I plan to expand my business and start working on rehab properties also; but for now, I will focus only on wholesaling and acquiring investors.
