AmeriProperties is a real estate investment company that looks to change foreclosed homes, vacant and/or abandoned properties, fully-rehabbed-rent ready homes and run down apartment complexes into profitable situations. Most of our clients have had homes that have reached foreclosure status and we've helped them save their houses and re-establish their financial situations through accurate investment strategies. We help individuals who live in the states of Delaware, Southern New Jersey, New York, Florida, and/or Eastern Pennsylvania (mainly Philadelphia and Delaware County). We're looking to branch out into a state near you in the very near future.
