Hey there fellow real estate investors. I just currently joined the beautiful real estate field this week as a loan officer for a nation wide company. I just recieved my loan officer license and I am currently in love with my beautiful girlfriend Amanda who is a licensed realtor. Now that I have my license we are gonna take on this challenging and rewarding field of work as a tag team. We both live in the west side of the beautiful island of oahu, where home prices were through the roof a couple years ago, but has since slowed down.We are currently looking for propertys/investors who are interested in the Las Vegas and Hawaii market. The market is kinda down here so its a great time for investors to buy down here, the future down here in Kapolei is unreal!!! so much things gonna go on within 2-5 years I don't know where to start. Kapolei is a few minutes from the beautiful Ko'Olina resorts and it was just announced a couple of months ago disney is going to build a world class resort in my We would love to hear from anyon back yard.
