Kevin is an active business owner and leader in the real estate investment world. In March 2005 he started investing in single family homes with no money and in a short amount of time he built a real estate business from zero to a value of over $1.5 million dollars. He has been involved in over 100 real estate closings and transactions generating over $600,00 worth of cold hard checks!

Kevin has now built a solid reputation with a value driven, action oriented approach to business that has positioned him as the go to guy among many local investors. He has a very strong desire and passion for coaching and training and has developed a program at such an affordable price because he understands how difficult it can be when trying to get started.

Kevin has a varied background that includes a degree in Banking and Finance at The University of North Florida with a specialty track in Real Estate. He went on to start working his way up the Corporate ladder... finally making it to the position of Corporate Trainer for ADT Security. He worked with 100's of new hires in developing their skills in sales and phone etiquette.

This experience of dealing with a very large organization and realizing the limited income potential pushed him to start his own real estate business and gain control over his life. Having just turned 25, while the market booming Kevin was able to make more money doing real estate in three months than he made in a year at ADT. He spent most of the money on additional training and coaching to better develop his knowledge and skills in the real estate investing arena. After traveling to many seminars spending over $30,000, learning and adjusting to the change for a year he made a powerful decision in the early months of 2006 to partner with a 'recovering attorney' Emily Murphy and together they aggressively improved and created a value driven business worth now over 1.5 million dollars and growing every week. Kevin literally spends his days eating, drinking, and sleeping real estate. He is totally focused on buying houses each and every month and now wants to bring others in so they can copy his success and prevent them from the mistakes he has made along the way.

Just last week, Kevin acquired 2 properties (one of which was given to him- ask him how he pulled that off!) and his company has been structured and run in a way that has created financial independence. His business continues to grow rapidly every day as it's fueled by the momentum and knowledge he built throughout the years. Late in October 2007 Kevin was able to purchase a beautiful home on Julington Creek, where he currently lives with his fiance' and partner Emily and their rescued dog, Maggy.

Kevin has always given advice and training to people getting started so that they could experience rapid success in their own real estate businesses but has realized few people take action. His program is designed for people who will be pushed every month by a coach who can be very impatient when it comes to taking action and control over your life. You may love him or hate him but action is guaranteed! He does not endorse a victim mentality and will not coach someone who does not take responsibility over his/her life!

Kevin truly has a special gift for developing and implementing new business ideas quickly – inside and outside of real estate. He is quick to say that his phenomenal growth has come from a burning passion to succeed that lies deep within. Even during the tough times (and believe me there's been some) when he could have easily given up.
