Hey, I am an investor (real estate) outside of my regular job.  I have so many deals coming to me right now it is overwhelming.  I hate to pass on money but if you know someone that is interested in buying and fixing up property let me know.  I am willing to pay for these referals also.  I just cannot handle all of it by myself.  You can just give them my email address but make sure they tell me that you gave it to them.  Thanks.
