About Me
Lets start w/ Gardena California great city just south about 15-20 mins. of downtown Los Angeles now considered last beach city paradise type weather. When it comes to education its LAUSD which evry class is ovr packed sumtimes 40 students per class. basiclly only the strong or willing survive. My parents were smart enough to realize what was going on at the time, so my brother and I move to relatives in Santa Barbara. I finish high school as a Santa Barbara High School Don also attended S.B. City College. In between all of that always had a JOB since age of 13 making my own money also realized i wanted to be a business owner. I move back to Gardena only reason being i missed the party life w/ my brother and friends. I thought I was saving and investing but it was nothing compaired to the financial education i recieved from a long term friend now business partner on mind-set,goal setting,proper planning,and being able to exploit your own strenghts. Now as we get older we also acknowlegde the fact that we desire much more in life and must attain a higher source(multiple sources)of income. Sets our journey as real estate investors in this new year of 2010.
