My Background is sales and marketing. I was 18 when I ran my first office. Before long I had consortium of managers running their own direct sales offices on the east coast.
I was privileged enough to be in the company of some of the world's greatest direct sales specialists providing the opportunity to be personally mentored & trained by 2 billionaires and 5 multi millionaires.
In 2000 I had to relocate back to Louisiana. My mother had became bed ridden. Mrs.Taylor was working in real estate. I've learned so much from her, but I desire to have more.
My goals have not yet been reached and the older I get the more I thirst. So I know comprising my proven sales techniques with other proven methods would be aleostic ( a-lee-o-stic = my word "an undefinable change").

Painting car is what I enjoy doing but, I love selling them even more ( I'll sell anything not nailed down)
I love fishing but I am not very good, actually, I can't fish at all but I love doing it (I did catch 10 fish once out of my buddy's cooler).
Recently, I had given up breeding dogs; I am the owner and founder of PitKing Kennels. This was a hard decision, but we ended up with many more dogs than we had planned to keep (around 34) because we chose not to sell to individuals that would harm or abuse them. We ended up keeping most of them and then puppies came and they then had more puppies and so on, I am sure you get the picture.

TTCIS does a bit of everything having to do with the real estate investing world. I've done motivational speaking in the past at churches, and some entrepreneur groups etc. I know I am a success and so are you. Sometimes life's little obstacles can make us take our eyes off our goal, but that is their job to distract us so we forget where we are going. I have never forgotten where I am going. Like Vincent Ware my grandfather has always told me "What ever you do, do it to the best of your abilities," because no one can stop you except yourself."
I'm looking for any feedback and assistance or advice that you guys can provide. I'm seeking more contacts and anyone else looking to partner up on a few deals, residential or commercial projects. We are looking to expand our business on a national level and need some more investors on our team in several states. We currently have some wholesale, pre-foreclosures, and foreclosures all over the country. Just let us know your criteria and we are able to get it, who knows we probably already have one for you. Everyone will benefit, we have made a lot of investors a lot of money.
