I am 66 years old and have been an artist since I was eight. All artists need a “day-job”, mine are five businesses that I have had for over 40-years. At the beginning of this year I decided to retire and started to shut down four of those businesses. I plan to spend most of my time doing my art work, with less time in the every day business world. So for right now, I am looking for partners to take over some of my properties and projects and buyers to sell off the properties that are no longer needed. I would also be looking for the right active person to network with for helping to find partners and buyers. Once the new art studio is built and the non-needed items are sold, I will be looking for new investments. But for right now all of the incoming cash is going to build the new studio, which is not cheap.
