You left a comment below one of the videos about simultaneous closings. I tried to leave the comment there, but for some reason couldn't. Anyway, title companies are getting a little stricter about simultaneous/double closings but they are in no way a scam. You just have to make sure that you do not use the funds from the 2nd close to fund the first close. Using a transactional funder for your A-B is fine. Hope this helps!
