Not to miss !!! Actually there's a Boom in Mauritius... My company holds various IRS projects for sale in Mauritius Island... Mauritian people doesn't have that much money to invest in an IRS project... But many foreigners do and come here to invest... For example, a land of 323 acres with access to the beach would cost USD 120,000 per acre.. Which means more than USD38 Millon.... Then the project will be set up according to the investors... For which i will facilitate the whole transaction... I work on a 2% basis so, 1% could be for you.... The investors will invest USD1 and get USD3 in return.... Actually, i hold in hands for sale Ile-aux-bénitier... An island of 175 acres (for construction but the island is 3 times bigger) for the price of USD 300 Million...
