I have been in real estate investing for many years I did mostly rehabs up untill now . I plan to do mostly wholesaling. I am 66 years old . Married to Cheryl Cipperley. I have 1 daughter by my first marriage. I do a lot of reading to learn new things
I read a lot of books to learn more about this business . I wrote a book called Becoming The Bank In Good Times And Bad. Its main focus is to teach the every day person that there are other options for them to earn a retirement package, other than putting their money in a bank ,low interest money market.These retirement methods will earn them huge rewards tax free. I want to teach my rehabers to use this book for their own retirement.

I have 3 other young investors who have teamed up with me , and we are bidding REOs in the capital district of N.Y, state. We have a business plan set up . We are baseing our plan on self directed IRAs
