About Me
I'm just a young investor who got a head start in the game and I'm loving it! There is no feeling like being 21 years old and owning property in 4 different states. I'm pretty sure my little bro. who just turned 18 feels even better since he has property as well. I like to read a lot of books and thanks to those books i've been able to become very successful along with some training and the mentors I have met along the way. I'm new to this site and I am currently developing my new site so we'll see how this goes.
My Business
My business can basically be summed up in one phrase "The key is Cashflow". Also I'm a strong believer of wherever there is a deal no matter what state it is in if it has cashcow potential I'm down. I've done a few interesting deals and I am continually learning more and more about this business. I even hope to eventually write a book on my experience but thats a longer term project I am working on. Anyways that's it for now wouldn't want to put too much info on here.
