Outside of Real Estate, I'm very interested in learning as much as I can about...well, just about everything I come across. Currently I'm enthralled with nutrition. I also have recently started Tai Chi.
Some interests that have stayed with me all my life include:
-FSU football! I bleed Garnet and Gold!
-Community Service- Do whatever you can, when you can!
-Sports- Kickball (WAKA-Kickball.com), football, racquet ball, running, kayaking, and lifting.
-Reading
-I hate to admit it, but....I love good TV!
-Cooking
-Last but definitely not least, spending time with my Family and Friends!

As a second generation Landlord and Real Estate Investor, I knew from a young age that real eastate can be a fanatastic vehicle for financial freedom. After graduating from Florida State University with a BS in Residential Sciences with an emphasis in Property Management (Housing) and a minor in Business, I wasted no time securing a lucerative job as Construction Superintendent with the nations largest home builder. 243 of my colleagues and I, were then promptly laid-off when the market halted. It was the best thing that ever happened to me!
It was the kick in the pants I needed to embark on my entrepenuerial journey. I sought the guidance of local mentors, and the education and generosity I received was 1000 times better than I could have ever expected. The success I have had is a direct result of the selflessness of my best mentor, my father, and the people around me. Thanks to all of you! -Steve

As you can see I don't shy from poking fun at the negative stereo-types that surround my niche, mobile homes. Some people think of them as wobbly-boxes, metal mansions, or mobile mansions. I know them for what they truly are...affordable quality housing. Not to mention one of the most lucrative high yield investments.
