Hey Johnathan,
I read your profile and are you with the money merge account? If so, that is an awesome program. I think everyone should have it. I know there are alot of "naysayers" about it, but they are the broke people too.Yes, we can definately get together via email or even use this sight to talk gameplanning, that is where you are and where do you want to go. What are you currently doing as far as real estate investing goes? Buying anything, looking at anything, and/or educating yourself? I'm familar with your location, I grew up in Greensboro and went to school at UNCG, but not that familar with your RE market. Depending on what you want to accomplish, I can review potential deals as long as your numbers and details are accurate. As far as investment opportunities, I'm looking for people who are not pleased with the rates of return they are getting from the stock market and want to invest in something secure (real estate), local, and not give their money away to some faceless broker and/or company that they know nothing about.
