Freinds...Romans...Landlords..whoever...I have been debating with myself on the idea of the possibility of having too much equity in a property. I might be answering my own question but say I have my property leveraged to the tilt but with the money Im gaining a higher interest on what Im borrowing am Im doing something right??

Remembering the Start
Preview:
Ive been investing in real estate for about 2yrs now. Ive been through everything, fires, leaks, bipolar tenants, and "handy men". I remember my first rental the tenant just wouldnt pay and I was in the position that the house needed so much work and was in such a bad area I was lucky enough to have bought it right and sold it to another investor. I remember calling...calling...calling and no one would answer or the phone itself wouldnt ring. That property stressed me out so much and I'll never forget it.
