One of the greatest rewards about this business, is when we can work with people and work out a deal, either buying or selling, that is mutually beneficial for both sides. Actually we really strive for all of our deals to be that, one way or another. We take great pride in our business and our ability to do our business with integrity, we will not do a deal if it is not the best thing for our clients, but if we can't, we will give our clients some options. So we always feel like we have helped in some way if at all possible, even if we are not the ones in the end to have actually brought to situation to a close.
