            We offer leasing, property management, eviction, make ready, rehab, and we also have an in house loan officer with over ten years experience. Our company name is We Buy North Texas Homes, but don’t let the name fool you. We do buy houses, but our main business is assisting home owners and investors alike in leasing, managing, and getting properties ready.

We offer full make ready services from yard work, house cleaning, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, heating and a/c, foundation, roofing, and more. The make ready costs are on a case by case basis with every home needing something different. We will be glad to visit any property, provide a free estimate on make ready services, and also an evaluation of rental market for possible monthly lease payments, deposits, etc.

Our leasing and management is also unmatched by leasing most homes in the first 30 days in the DFW market, and offering a six month guarantee on any tenant that we place as long as we manage the property from day one of the lease. If the tenant should vacate the property within six months for any reason we will release the property at no charge!! What other management company believes in there program so much that they are willing to offer a six month guarantee on a tenant? We have successfully leased over 300 homes in just the last three years alone and are still known for getting a premium in rent even in our declining market.

Our leasing fee is one month’s rent as where the management fee is 10% of the monthly lease payment. We realize there maybe cheaper companies to choose from, but how many can say they have been in business for three and half years with out any form of advertising what so ever. Hard to believe, but every client we have ever had the pleasure of working with has come to us way of referral due to our outstanding customer service and the ability to follow through on everything we promise.

The reason for our marketing now is due to our increased business in leasing we are quickly running low on available homes, and have more potential tenants then vacant properties.
