Here's something interesting and worth implementing in your own business if you don't already...

Most of us were created with 2 ears and only 1 mouth!  Perhaps, we should "hear" the message from The Creator, and listen to other people twice as much as we speak.

As a National Wholesaler, I personally make every effort possible to keep this fact in mind and to implement it everyday.

Once my Wholesaling business is very well established and fully automated, my goal is then to focus on Commercial Multi-Families and to ultimately move on to owning Triple Net Lease properties.

A Little about me, Myrianne...
First & foremost, I'm a Wife to a Wonderful Man, a Mother of 3 (so far) Well Behaved Children and like Many of You here, I'm Absolutely Passionate about Real Estate Investing!

 Spending  Living Quality Time with my Family, Friends and God is my BIGGEST "Why".

I'm a Teacher at Heart and Love Teaching Others who are both Ready to be Taught and Willing to Learn.  My Children are my Favorite Students!  We Homeschool them daily with the Goal that they will too, someday Become Entrepreneurs.

"Feeding my Brain" with Real Estate Investing, Educational, and Self Development Materials is Always on my Priority List.

Organizing stuff is one of my Hobbies (I know!!!  LOL...but I'm Good at it and I really Enjoy doing it.)  Cooking, Pampering Myself, Dancing, Listening to Music, Watching Movies, Playing with my Children, Skiing, Snorkeling, Fishing, Horse Back Riding, Walking, Going to the Park, Concerts, Live Events, and to the Beach are All Interesting to me.
