Roshard here, Hey have you seen the crazy weather that we have gotten up here in Washington State? my wife and I are planning on moving to Tampa Florida May 21st 2010. and I have seen that you have quite a few deals listed. Please feel free to keep me in mind if you run across a "screaming deal" I also don't mind if you add me to an autogrenerated e-mails list. I am new to this site and still learning how to navigate. The reason I joined is for networking purposes. I am very interested in getting more information about your short sale negotiation services. I have several deals that I am working on here in Maryland. Right now I am overwhelmed with about 30 to 40 deals or so. Building, my local team and network, is my number 1 priority. However, in the mean time I am swamped with deals, most of which are short sales. I would love to talk with you about your services and potential networking opportunities.

Treasure that beautiful baby, they grow up too fast! My baby is almost 19 and we ceratinly can't hold him in our arms like that anymore...(Though we do get hugs when he comes home from college). Thanks for the network invite, though I know nothing of the FL real estate market. The homes you list seem like amazing bargains to someone from the NY area. How can an investor best profit from them at a distance if one had cash to invest?
