Thank you for stopping by my page. Allow me to formally introduce myself. My name is Valon Maddox and I am 25 years old. I am very happily married, and I have a wonderful 8 month old son. Everything I do, is for my family.
I am originally from a small town in Middle Georgia, and I have been in Atlanta for the past nine years. I have a passion and lust for life and I enjoy meeting and networking with new people. Networking is fun for me. Networking has always been a part of my life since I was a small child. I've always had a knack for doing business. I really feel a sense of liberation being my own boss, because I don't have anyone telling me what to do. I have complete control over my business. I enjoy having time and flexibilty to work my own hours and spend time with my family. I have a passion and lust for life and I enjoy meeting new likeminded people.

Hi Valon! Hotlanta! My old stomping grounds. I try not to hog up people’s comment space, but this is relevant and hopefully of interest to your page readers. You know, before I became a hot-shot wholesaler with a big ole house in Suwanee, real estate was far, far removed from the reality of my simple and humble roots. Commercial real estate is intimidating to a lot of folks, including myself. My good friend and the inspirational factor to my startup always told me, cliché or not, “Just do it.” Ten years later, I hear something else from her quite frequently, “Why not me?” These two sentiments put together are one powerful combination. Commercial real estate? I’m intrigued. I mean, is Donald Trump better than me? Just look at his hair! If I can make $10,000 from a $40,000 purchase (just a contract; not really a purchase), it’s perfectly reasonable that I could make a half-a-million on a similarly structured deal.
