About Me
I started in real estate a little over 2 years ago with no experience and a little book knowledge. This has led me on a whirlwind of learning and finally landed me in the best city in the world. Detroit. No market like it anywhere in the world.
Started as a rehabber and a buy and hold guy. I still do this but it is hard to live on equity and some cash flow! So I started wholesaling for extra income. I currently live in Detroit.
In the past six months I have focused more on package deals as a way to get the price down and make my investors more money. This strategy is great for buying literally pennies on the dollar. (Like 10 percent or less of arv).

My Business
My business is making Investors lots of money.... ridiculous wads of sweaty cash. My network of professionals brings me the very best deals. The kind of deals you dream about in your sleep, I get every day. I pass these deals on to you. Unlike most wholesalers, I don't have a commitment issue. I actually own the houses I sell (90 percent of the time anyway). I only buy deals I want to be stuck with.
Since I do own these houses, it gives me great flexibility in how I sell them. I sell on land contracts (contract for deed), I allow assignments, I allow double closings. I do what the banks wont let you do. The bottom line is I want investors to make money!!!

Enjoy the days - make of them what is allowed, play as hard as you work, don't forget to DO WHAT YOU WANT TO before it's too late even if you could later do it. Old folks who have money and no memories are pretty boring company, so that should NEVER be a goal. Who I am doesn't matter - it's who we BECOME that might one day improve the world, if only by a fraction.
My "Heroes" wear the Unform of the USA, my mentors have been those whose lives have changed the world for the better.
