Degree in Business with a number of years working in IT for both manufacturers and software consulting firms.
I have just started learning about real estate investing and am taking a 5 month training seminar on the topic. I am looking to start by wholesaling in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK. I am a fan of Web 2.0.
I am also interested in buying homes out of probate.
Any and all help with wholesaling in a remote community will be welcome. I live on Camano Island in Washington state.

Hi Ty,
I loved your article "What to Look for and How to Find a Property Manager" Especially when you compliment your wife at the end of the article.
I went to your site at http://trustonesolutions.com/ and it is really done well. Simple and effective.
I am excited about real estate investing and just ordered 2 home study courses, one on marketing by Jeff Adams, the other on getting private lenders by Alan Cowgill. I am studying everything I can get my hands on including realestateinvestor.com!
