I'm Born and raised here in Orange County, CA and have been in the Construction trade most of my life. I've been in Landscape Architecture for the last 16 years and this is the second down turned economy I've personally been through. I worked for a large landscape architecture firm mainly involved in large community development projects for the big developers like the Irvine Co., Mission Viejo Co., Valencia/Newhall Land Etc. We also worked with Vacation and resort companies such as the Marriott Vacation club international.

So I've seen my fair share of the big investors and since being laid off last year... I've decided; Why work for them when I should be working with them.?

Needless to say I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and attended my first introductory meeting last August. Where I then signed up with Tigrent and started my new career as a Real Estate Investor. I've completed my Foreclosure, Wholesale, Lease Option, Creative Finance classes and have a choice of three more.

My partner; Diana Armstrong, who still works full time as a Sr. Technical Designer in the fashion industry and I started DEP & Associates in January, 2010. She has also completed the same classes as I. We already have deals coming our way and we are looking to network with other full time investors. Not that we won't work with the part investors but we are very serious about what we plan to do.  We are in this all the way. Our goal is to get to a place where Diana can become full time at DEP & Associates as well.
