My Business

My wife and I started a real estate investing business earlier this year in hopes of doing some wholesale and short sale deals to fund our ultimate goal of rehabing houses. Currently we are focusing our efforts towards marketing as we are still trying to close our first deal. So far, the calls we've received are not deals. We welcome any tips anyone can offer.

I have also been working closely with an investor friend to learn the business from his perspective. He has been rehabbing houses for about 2 years and has been fairly successful. I have learned a lot from working with him and am excited to start working on my own deals.

My Family

I am married to a wonderful wife named Kirsten and we have a beautiful 18 month old daughter named Madeleine. We also have two dogs named Whiskey and Bentley. Whiskey is a 3 year old golden retriever, and bentley is a 6 year old schnauzer.

About Me

Hi! I'm Tony and I am very excited about real estate investing. I am an accountant by trade, but am very tired of what corporate America has to offer... long hours and limited income potential. With the help of some savings my wife and I have accumulated, I have recently quit my full time job and taken on a part time job to be able to pursue a career in real estate investing. I am both nervous and excited about what the future holds, but am very confident I have made the right decision and will become very successful.

Looking For

Currently I am looking for buyers for my wholesale and short sale business. I would like to network with other Columbus investors looking for inventory so I can concentrate on their areas of interest and bring them deals.

I am also working with an investor friend who is a realtor with access to MLS. If your looking for investment properties, we can help you find them. We are usually combing through listings each day, so let us know your area of interest and we can locate your next property.
