I am a retired law enforcement officer, who still continues to stay involved in law enforcement in a part-time capacity, as a reserve deputy.  I have invested in a few properties over the years, but with the market in the state it currently is in, I intend to pursue investing at a much higher level.  My primary focus will be in selling to wholesalers.

I am a licensed real estate broker, with an emphasis in commercial properties and M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions).  I am also a licensed mortgage broker, also dealing primarily with commercial loans.  I have access to a considerable number of non-tradional lenders across the country.  I have access to funding, with a minimum of $300,000 and no top limit.  I have been in real estate and loan brokering since 1994.
