I currently work as a pharmaceutical sales rep. I've been married for 10 years and have two little boys ages 8 and 5. I want to get out of the rat race and learn how to become wealthy using real estate as a key part of my investing.

Thanks for the connect. Here is to a great 2009. You mentioned SFR investing and cash flow. The two rarely go together given how owner occupants will pay more than the rent will support. That said you can still be successful if you adjust the strategy to fit the numbers.
I visit Phil and south on a regular basis so maybe we could meet up the next time I am in the US.
