I just wanted to let you know that I am interested in SHORTSALES. I Actually would like to be able to do them myself (with my team) but still give a 6% commission to the agent (less work for him/her). I look for 500k upwards to 5 million. I am a cash buyer, and want to relist the property with the agent for a quick sale. Agent must be willing to allow my team the negotiating power.
