I've an interesting situation. Was contacted by a motivated seller who is the surviving sibling of her family-less brother's estate. He had a 25 yr old home he had redone for himself but passed away before he could move in and enjoy it.
Property had been listed for 131 days. Listing now has expired. Originally asking $339,9K for 3/2.5/2 located on a cul-de-sac on the 6th fairway of a private country club.
