Hello REI members it is pleasure and honor to join the group. A little about me, I live in Northern California in small university town name Davis California. I taught high school for 12 years and have been working part-time in real estate investing for 4 yrs. I am looking to take advantage of the outstanding opportunities in Real Estates right now. It is my hope make real estate investing my full-time endeavor and leave a nice legacy for children and grandchild. I have invested in real estate education via tapes, books,and attending seminars, but have not been able to may it work.
