Tanya started in the real estate industry in 1997 as a Marketing Assistant for one of the top producing real estate Agents in Utah and Nationally. During her first 18 months in the industry she assisted with more than 177 residential real estate transactions, equivalent to more than $25,000,000 in gross volume with more than 64% of them being double-sided transactions. Her specialty became effective transaction coordination, capture of Client Data for use in Sphere of Influence Marketing and “Spin-Off” business.
In 1999 she started a national real estate marketing company, sellitbyowner.com that is an integral part of her currentReal Estate Business. While in the start up phases of the dotcom she received her Sales Agent License and began working with local investors and purchasing investment properties of her own. The FSBO niche has been the catalyst for her investment ventures as well as a valuable part of her investors’ buy/sell strategies. The Investor is able to purchase either FSBO properties or Agent Listed properties. The investor is then educated on marketing the property for resale through FSBO strategies in order to retain the highest profitability possible.
Her FSBO Marketing & Prospecting programs have resulted in significant increase to the business of both Real Estate Agents and Loan Brokers.
In Aug. 2004 she opened her first full service Real Estate Brokerage and two additional offices during 2005 bringing in over 150 Agents in just 2 short years. She successfully sold her Brokerage for a profit in January 2007.
Ms. Bible has personally coached more than 400 Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers and Brokerage Owners in FSBO Prospecting & Marketing, Sphere of Influence, FARM and Internet Lead Generation marketing strategies. She has participated in more than 1200 single family and multi-unit real estate transactions, more than $180,000,000 in gross transaction volume.
She excels in Internet Based Lead Generation for the acquisition of Listings and Buyers with superior results. Internet Lead Generation is an integral part of her coaching and mentoring process.
