Lets see a little about me. I realized early on in life that "working 9-5" just wasn't going to cut it. I got out there and bought 2 Investment properties and thought I was on my way to my to being the next Donald Trump. Guess what??? It didn't happen I found out I was over financed and out of luck. Guess what happened next??? FORECLOSURE.
After that I decided to go back to the drawing board and figure out what I did wrong. First, I trusted someone else to have my best interest in mind (HUGE mistake) And secondly I bought in an area i didn't know.
So after realizing what I did wrong I set out to be successful. I rode with some investors in Tampa to learn what to look for. I talked to Rehab crews to find out about construction. And lastly I became a Loan Officer (at Daneel's urging) and learned the Finance Part. Daneel worked at one of the Big 3 Mortgage Lenders and learned things from the inside out. From there the rest is History...
