2109526 Ontario Inc. was incorporated by Sheila Windsor and Tim Taggart for the purpose of investing in a 20-unit condo conversion project. Sheila and Tim own a real estate investment company, a property management company and an online travel business. They currently own real estate in Canada and the United States.
Sheila Windsor is an accountant with 28 years experience from the bookkeeping of small family-owned businesses to audited financial statements of multi-million dollar corporations; 11 years with a public accounting firm and 17 years with a construction company. Sheila also ran her own business specializing in women’s apparel.
Tim Taggart is a computer IT with years of experience as a real estate agent and currently manages a transportation company.

2109526 Ontario Inc. was founded in 2006 by Sheila Windsor and Tim Taggart. Sheila Windsor and Tim Taggart are real estate investors and entrepreneurs with years of experience in investing in real estate with a multitude of training to support their decision making abilities. They currently hold a portfolio of real estate throughout Canada and the US and are looking forward to expanding their portfolio in the near future. Current portfolio examples are a 20-unit condo conversion project in Blenheim, Ontario, 2 buildable lots in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania in a gated community that surrounds a lake with many amenities in place, and another is a water-front access property development for 6-8 townhouses in Washago, Ontario.
