T-ReX (The Real Estate eXchange) is a friendly, customer focused company, and we are obsessed with serving real estate investors. We engage them with the development of new innovative online services called T-saps (Tiny, Simple Applications). T-saps are dependable, intelligent, fun and easy to use applications that do a single task. Nothing more, nothing less. T-saps enable real estate investors to maximize their returns and save thousands of dollars.

T-ReX was started by Pankaj Shukla (CEO) and Narinder Sandhu (President). Prior to T-ReX, Pankaj Shukla was Vice-President at Intuit’s Small Business Division responsible for product strategy and development for QuickBooks and Quicken. Narinder Sandhu was Vice-President at Intuit’s Payroll Services responsible for its product strategy and development.

Our real estate investment experience and passion to innovate for real estate investors brought us together. We are joined by an outrageously talented team of individuals who share similar passion for real estate investment and bring their investment experience and innovative thinking to create T-saps.

Try the T-saps, they’re completely FREE to use. You don't even have to create an account. Save on taxes this year and put more money in your pocket.

Simplify'em is FREE a property management web tool.

RealTaxTips.com is a forum created by T-ReX for real estate investors, advisers, and tax professionals to share tips and exchange ideas about real estate and taxes. It is a great place to find out about current tax benefits that are specifically available to real estate investors.

Reporting income on form 8824 for 1031's can be very difficult. Defer'Em can help you account for overlooked costs from an exchange, allowing you to maximize exchange expenses and minimize taxable gain. It will generate IRS form 8824 and a supplemental report that provides you with a visual understanding of all the factors (like “boot”) that played a role in your exchange.

It's free to play around with, so I recommend that everyone who is involved with a 1031 should play around with the application, and become familiar with all the different scenarios in your exchange.

When a person buys investment property, the only way for them to recapture any of their principal payments (from a tax perspective) is through depreciation deductions. Most investors can benefit from large depreciation deductions.

DepreciateEm.com helps you separate short life assets from your property so you can segment your depreciation, allowing you to maximize tax deductions. It will fill out IRS form 4562 and it will also generate a depreciation report that allows you to see the difference that segmenting depreciation can make, and how much additional money you can.
