does anyone know how i can set up a web page like mark imhof. he has a lot from the google ads on the side of this web site. i thought it would be a good way for me to get buyers-they just fill in blanks of what they're looking for.

HELP!!! i have sellers with no equity but current on all payments so no need for short sale,no distress,homes in good condition.how do i find buyers?
i was told as newbie stay away from high priced like over 650,000 & million dollar homes. i have a very motivated seller in gated community,current payments,no distress,nice home selling below market 900,000 & othr homes in area selling over 1 mil. why cant i wholesale? please help asap!!!
