I worked for a lender as a negotiator and did my fair share of Liquidation (Short Sale and DIL) negotiations. My area of expertise is retention (Loan Mods, SPFs, Repays, Partial Claims..). I worked for Fannie, Freddie, Privates and Asset and really liked my job.  Now I do a little training here and there, especially on my site Loss Mitigation Training .
